Our Story
Trust IP Private Limited is a third-generation Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) firm with a legacy dating back to 1963. The foundation was laid by Late Shri Arvind Ratilal Shah, who established A.R. Shah & Co. — one of Gujarat's earliest practices dedicated exclusively to IP at a time when IP awareness in India was still in its infancy.
In 1991, the second generation, led by Mr. Chirag Arvind Shah, expanded the firm's capabilities and earned the confidence of respected Indian brands including Havmor, Intas, Babul, Onida, GTPL, Torrent Pharma, Akash Agro and many more. In 1992, India Abroad Trademark Co. was established to broaden international trademark protection and cross-border reach.
Today, the legacy continues under Mr. Parth Chirag Shah, the third generation, combining decades of legal expertise with technology and a client-first approach. Over the years, TrustIP has served more than 2,500 clients — startups, SMEs, multinational corporations, manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, exporters and technology-driven businesses.
